Pairs of volunteers interview up to 5-6 students in an evening session. Can you help?
Interview briefing starts at 6.00 p.m. Interviews starts 6.30 pm and finish at 9.00 pm. Interviews each have a 30 minute time slot made up of approx 20 minutes of interview, 5 minutes marking an assessment sheet, and 5 minutes feedback to the student on their performance. Usually interviewers conduct 5-6 interviews a session. Guidance is given as to what questions to ask and how to assess student performance. If you can help with interviewing, please e-mail
