Buxton Football Club is to get new facilities at its Silverlands grounds.
Planning Permission has been granted by High Peak Borough Council for a new directors box, a turnstile and a toilet block, whilst extensions to the social club will include a new lounge area and improved toilet facilities. There will also be an extension to the main grandstand.
The council has said that the proposals will not "materially harm the character or appearance of the area..."
Work will start after the end of season cup matches and should be finished in time for the new season.
